Texas Cole Slaw with Walt Garrison Rub


One of our all-time summertime favorites, our coleslaw recipe is full of flavor and will compliment any meal. 

 

 

DRESSING

5 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp WALT GARRISON RUB
2 tsp sugar
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp celery seeds

SLAW
5 cups shredded green cabbage
2 medium carrots, peeled and shredded
1/2 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and shredded
1 medium rib celery, finely chopped

Directions
1. Prepare the dressing. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.
2. Combine all the ingredients for the slaw in a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix well.
